RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- notify us via email within 4 business days of receiving your Lutii product and/or 10 after invoice date.
- If there is a fit issue, we will be happy to exchange/or refund for a bigger or smaller size if you bought a standard size from our size chart.
- If it was a custom measurement order, we will be happy to work with you on the issue but we cannot offer a full refund for custom made measurements.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition w/tags attached.
- All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for U.S.A orders, and 20 days for overseas orders. You may also give us a call ~ two,one,two-six,29-1964 ..:)

2. REPAIR POLICY
If anything starts fraying on the beautiful Lace dog harnesses, try a lil’ dab of clear fingernail polish..:) It works great. Any big major problems, just contact us, we will help make you happy! ~ info at Lutii dot com
